General Terms and Conditions

1. Orders

By placing an order at our online shop, you imply acceptance of these general sale conditions without reserve. The merchandise shall remain the property of Peachick.ch until full payment of the sale price. All articles displayed in the online shop are in stock and immediately available.

2. Prices

Value tax added shall be included in all prices. Peachick.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time. Delivery costs, extra charges and fees will be indicated before completion of the order.

3. Delivery costs and extra charge for small quantities

The costs for standard delivery B Mail are for free, if you order for more than CHF 150.00. Peachick.ch charges delivery costs for each order. If you want to reduce costs, place only one order with all desired articles. An extra charge for small quantities is added if the order value is less than CHF 150.00.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery B Mail
After the receipt of your payment, we process your order within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery B Mail takes another 2-3 working days.

Signature
Consignments are only handed over to the recipient against a signature. This option is subject to a fee.

Peachick.ch does not accept any responsibility for faults or delays in delivery. Peachick.ch offers an international collection. Please note that the indications of size on the package and on the article may therefore differ from each other. Decisive is the size on the package label. We deliver orders exclusively to Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

5. Payment conditions

You can choose between the following payment types:

E-banking
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the invoice. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam file. You also find the invoice in your account under orders. Please transfer the invoice amount within ten days after the date of order per e-banking or per payment order to our account.

Credit card
If you have completed your order, you will be redirected to enter your credit card details.

Twint
When completing the order, you can select the Twint payment method.

PC 85-616965-7 or IBAN CH28 0900 0000 8561 6965 7. In the event of a default in payment, default interest at a rate of 5% of the invoice amount is charged as well as all costs for legal steps. A withdrawal from the contract due to force majeure can be graciously accepted. In this case, a cancellation fee of CHF 30.00 is charged. Orders paid by credit card cannot be cancelled later. In the event of a default in payment, Peachick.ch is entitled to cancel the order and to charge a cancellation fee of CHF 30.00, which is immediately due and payable.

6. Right of return

If an article does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days provided that it is in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging. Peachick.ch will refund the merchandise value (without postal charges, without extra charge for small quantities) 10 days after the receipt of the return. If you have paid by credit card, Peachick.ch will refund the merchandise value to your credit card. Please write your bank account details or post office account on the return slip and enclose one of the two delivery slips as well as the return slip.

Articles excluded from the return right are specifically declared in the article description.

Soiled or damaged articles or articles returned beyond the expected date are not accepted. In these cases, you will be additionally charged a handling fee of CHF 20.00 as well as the postal charges. If you pay at a post office counter, you will be responsible for the postal charges of CHF 5.--.

We want to ensure that your return is handled smoothly. Therefore, the returned items should be neatly folded and placed in the packaging. Items arriving wrinkled require additional processing costs for resale. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge you the associated expenses.

In the event of manufacturing faults or incorrect deliveries, Peachick.ch will refund the total amount already paid including delivery costs provided that these articles are also in their original packaging and unworn. The risk of returning orders is your responsibility. Please place a new order, if you wish a replacement article.

7. Damages

Any claim for damages because of errors in images, prices, texts or because of delayed or omitted delivery shall be excluded in any case.

8. Data Protection

Your personal details will be used to simplify the ordering process as well as to send you the newsletter. They will in no case be transmitted to third parties and can be cancelled at any time if you wish.

9. Protection of intellectual property

All image and text rights are reserved to Peachick.ch and our partners. Any reproduction is prohibited.

10. Entry into the Commercial Register

Peachick.ch is entered in the Commercial Register under the number CH-320.1.064.178-7.

11. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Eschenbach SG.
