Right of Return within 14 days

The package for the return is to be franked from the buyer sufficient. The postage expenses are to be paid from the buyer

If an article does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days provided that it is in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging.

Articles excluded from the return right are specifically declared in the article description. Soiled or damaged articles or articles returned beyond the expected date are not accepted. In these cases, you will be additionally charged a handling fee of CHF 20.00 as well as the postal charges. If you pay at a post office counter, you will be responsible for the postal charges, CHF 5.00.

We want to ensure that your return is handled smoothly. Therefore, the returned items should be neatly folded and placed in the packaging. Items arriving wrinkled require additional processing costs for resale. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge you the associated expenses.
